- We do pay for the shipping charges to send a new product to you if you request a replacement.

- Refunds or replacements after 60 days are at the discretion of HIPAA Compliance Tools.
- Please fill out the form below and explain why you are requesting a refund. Let us know if you would like a replacement product or a refund.
- We will then contact you to let you know if the replacement or refund has been authorized.
- We do not pay for shipping charges needed to return the product to us.
- We do pay for the shipping charges to send a new product to you if you request a replacement.
Please fill out the requested information, and explain the reason you are requesting a refund or replacement. We will then reply to you by email. If the request is approved, the email will include shipping information and a number for you to put on the package you send to us.
